Return policy

Return Policy

At Velina Jewelry, we do everything we can to ensure customer satisfaction. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. This document clearly explains our return policy.

Return Conditions

You may request a return after you have physically received the item. Return shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the customer. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, including all tags and labels. Trying on items is permitted; however, wearing them is not.

It is not permitted to intentionally order products in multiple sizes with the intention of returning some or all of them.

Return Process

You must register your return within 30 days of receiving the item by contacting info@velinajewelryco.com.

After your return request has been submitted, you will receive further instructions regarding the return shipment. Returns are sent at the customer's own expense. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

Liability

We do not accept responsibility for lost packages if the tracking information indicates that the package has been delivered to the address provided by the customer. If an incorrect address has been provided, responsibility lies with the customer. Address changes must be communicated within 24 hours of placing the order.
